2nd Level Cold Sorcery or Evocation
You summon a cloud of cold energy in a 10-foot radius sphere within range. Creatures that enter this cloud for the first time or start their turn in it take 1d6 cold damage, and their speed is reduced by 10 feet.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the cloud up to 15 feet.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6, and the radius increases by 5 feet for each slot level above 2nd.
